We’re looking for a great Account Manager
This role is primarily for one of our biggest clients, a global, iconic consumer brand, for whom we’re developing and rolling out a pan-European CRM programme. As such, we’re looking for a bright and enthusiastic account manager, preferably with experience in CRM and email marketing.
Reporting to a senior account manager, the account manager will be responsible for developing, overseeing and managing individual client communication programmes a day-to-day basis, and will need to quickly gain the respect and confidence of clients and senior agency staff. They will also be responsible for managing and developing an account executive.
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of advertising, direct marketing and CRM strategy
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of the production processes for print advertising and direct marketing
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of digital production
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of a broad range of media, including direct mail, online, radio, TV, outdoor, viral marketing
- Demonstrate a track record of managing complex communications across a mix of media for major brands
- Have good written skills and write clear, concise and inspirational creative briefs and client communication
- The ability, confidence and personality to deal with, and earn the respect of, their fellow team members and clients
- Be confident at presenting proposals and creative work
- Demonstrate strong management skills
